There may be additional items which also do not meet the intent of the documents and their lack of notation should not be construed as acceptance of non-compliant elements of the work. Contractor is to review all documents and comply with all requirements, whether or not listed below. Area D: 1. Below slab electrical raceway rough installation appears to be complete, open-ended conduits are sealed to prevent debris/contaminants from entering raceway.

Area A: 2. Secondary duct bank rough installation is in progress and partially covered in concrete (outside of the building foundation wall). Open ended conduits are sealed to prevent debris/contaminants from entering raceway in Main Electrical Room.

3. Below slab conduits for future sports lighting from Main Electrical Room through area A and B building footprint rough installation is nearing completion.

Page 4 Area B: 4. Below slab communication duct bank rough installation is in progress. Install conduit spacers as required. Raceway is not incased in concrete at this time.

Below slab raceway rough installation for fire alarm, power, lighting, and communication systems is in progress within the building footprint of all areas of the project, open ended raceways are sealed with duct tape to prevent contaminants from entering raceway system. 6. All duct banks shall be constructed in conformance with the requirements of the contract documents.
