RE: 875 Great Island Road, West Yarmouth; SE 83-1248 - Certificate of
Compliance — Residential House Construction — Cushman
To the Conservation Commission,
Attached please find Certificate of Compliance application materials for a residential
house construction undertaken in 1994.
Based on a site inspection of the project area within the 100 ft. buffer and of the 50 ft.
buffer I certify that the house construction project was carried out in a high level of
compliance.
A beach stair shown on the plan of record for SE 83-1248 was constructed in a location
different than that shown on the plan, more centered on the waterfront part of the lot.
This stairway was depicted on the plan for a stone revetment filed under SE 83-1533.
I hereby certify, with the above noted exception, the project was carried out in substantial
compliance with the approved plan and the Order of Conditions.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
