Based on a site inspection of the project area within the 100 ft. buffer and of the 50 ft. buffer I certify that the house construction project was carried out in a high level of compliance. A beach stair shown on the plan of record for SE 83-1248 was constructed in a location different than that shown on the plan, more centered on the waterfront part of the lot. This stairway was depicted on the plan for a stone revetment filed under SE 83-1533. I hereby certify, with the above noted exception, the project was carried out in substantial compliance with the approved plan and the Order of Conditions. Thank you for your cooperation.
