Attached is the ESS comment letter marked up with preliminary responses, but I am still compiling backup information.
(one small component of extra material provided here).
Please note that the stormwater systems specified for the project are set up per 205.3 (b) to have off line deep sump
hooded catch basins and off line secondary deep sump hooded basins/manholes for 44% TSS removal pretreatment
prior to infiltration in leaching basins, and treat over an inch of runoff per 205 (4)(c) to achieve full compliance with the
local regulation and the State stormwater Management guidelines. (a total of 89%TSS removal and infiltration of a full
25 year storm+ onsite is provided).
We will need to continue the meeting so that we can get the additional information to ESS, I don’t want to piecemeal
the resubmission, and they need time to review the updated material.
I will be providing these attachments as part of a full submission, but wanted you to have something for you to
preliminarily review.
I will be there tonight on another matter as well, if there is a full quorum, I you would like I would be glad to open the
meeting and discuss the project, otherwise probably best to continue without testimony.
