Re: 4923: Loraine Keating, Special Permit Request:
Dear Board of Appeals,
We are abutters of Laraine Keating. The appellant's lot is a large lot with a driveway that extends all
the way from the front of her property to the back which abutts our property. The driveway for our
property runs along the back of her lot. It currently is difficult to see vehicles or pedestrians walking
on Willow Lane when we are trying to backup a car onto the lane from our driveway. Putting a shed
on the back corner of her lot near either her back lot line or Willow Lane would completely obstruct
our view of the Lane when we are trying to enter it from our driveway. This would mak backing into
the lane from our driveway far more difficult.
We are not opposed to the appelant building a shed on her property. We do however, believe that
there is sufficient room for her to build a shed on her lot without violating the required setback relief.
Therefor, we oppose approving a variance.
