I suspect the builder will make it work. Hence,rapprove. Building dept will make sure that it meets code. The original request was approved since it involved a deck on the back of the residence at 159 Wianno Road. I've attached the original paperwork from the exemption request. The amendment involves adjusting the edge of the deck from the original request. I've attached the amendment request, which includes a plan which shows the new deck edge that is being requested.
