IF APPLICABLE:
10) FILL MATERIAL FOR SYSTEMS CONSTRUCTED IN FILL SHALL BE CLEAN
GRANULAR SAND, FREE OF ORGANIC MATTER AND OTHER DELETERIOUS
MATERIALS. THE SAND SHALL BE GRADED SUCH THAT NOT MORE THAN
