It was brought to our attention that the project had not completed review with the Conservation Commission. When the revised plan is completed, could you send a copy to me so I can review it and determine if it will still need zoning relief. As advised, Robert and Marianna Giglio, of 44 Mattachee Road, are seeking an agreement with the Yarmouth ZBA to extend / continue tonight's hearing (i.e., February 13, 2020) before the Yarmouth ZBA, to a future date certain. My understanding is that the ZBA is in agreement with continuing tonight's hearing and that the hearing cannot go forward without first receiving a revised plan from the Giglios. Since the matter concerning 44 Mattachee Road is not going forward tonight, there is no need for Regina and Alfred O'Shea, of 50 Mattachee Road, or this office to attend.
