Go ahead and file the RCOCs and an RDA for the minor work. Assuming you are comfortably that they have revegetated
up to the previous work limit line? They will need to leave the replanted area to naturalize – i.e no mowing.

Our client Nora Lavori current owner of the Windmill House at 97 Pheasant Cove Circle asked me to send along the
following pictures (below). As we previously discussed they had a few minor projects they were proposing around the
house and you had followed up letting us know they had an area of lawn and a fence in a no disturb area and it needed
to be planted as well as two old OOCs needing RCOC’s. I attached my plan of minor mods and the original plans from the
OOC’s you sent along (this is your link as well Here is a link to the file

Hoxie has removed the fence and planted the lawn with natives as requested to expand the buffer to the salt marsh (see
pictures below). I wanted to give you the update and see if we can file the RCOC’s or if we need to wait to monitor
plants. They are hoping to move forward with the minor project ASAP so anything we can do to keep the ball rolling
would be great!
