TOWN OF YARMOUTH ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

You are hereby notified that the Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the
following petitions/appeals on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Selectman's Hearing Room. As an abutter, you have the right
to offer comments if you so desire, by appearing in person or by letter addressed to the Yarmouth Board of
Appeals, on the petition of:
PETITION 4926: Sandbar Management Inc., 492, 498, 512 & 518 Route 28, West Yarmouth. Map &
Lot#: 0031.79, .80, .82-C..83, .84 & .85.1; Zoning District: B2 & HMOD 1. The applicant seeks to Modify
Decisions #4368, #4420 & #4567 or new Special Permit and Variance under Zoning By -Law 104.3.2 and
from Zoning By -Law 203.4, 203.5, 301.4 & 301.5 (front setback, landscaping, occupancy, and height) to
reconfigure the existing Cape Cod Family Resort Park to replace the inflatable water rides with a permanent
water ride feature, add additional pool and ride areas, mechanical and other buildings, and associated
infrastructure, remove the adventure inflatable rides and relocate the inflatable air rides to this former area,
expand parking on -site and on incorporated adjacent parcels, and replace motel buildings with a smaller
accessory structure, all as shown on the submitted plans.
Any additional materials, which have been filed with the Board, maybe viewed during regular business
hours at the Board of Appeals Office in the Town Office Building.
