So are you saying that the work at 13 Sagamore under SE83-1585 never took place? If so you need to provide a
statement to that effect with the Request for Certificate of Compliance. Anything you can provide that demonstrates
this would be useful. Photos of the existing structure, assessors card, BOA decision. I do see a file note in the
conservation folder that indicates the project may have been abandoned.
The Commission can then issue a Certificate Compliance stating the work never took place.

At the hearing dated 2/27/2003 the Board of Appeals allowed the petition to be withdrawn without prejudice.
Is this what you are looking for in terms of closing this permit?

Hi, Kelly, we need to close out a couple of permits on 13 Sagamore Rd. The easy one is the plan to raze and
rebuild it. That application was denied at the referenced meeting and we would like a copy of the minutes.
