Chapter 184, Section 35 of even date and recorded herewith, having a mailing address of 9 Homer Avenue, South Yarmouth, Massachusetts (the "Grantee"), Cn a WITH QUITCLAIM COVENANTS: The land in Yarmouth (South), County of Barnstable, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, 0 described as follows: A certain parcel of land with the buildings thereon in Yarmouth (South), Barnstable County, Massachusetts, containing one (1) acre of land, more or less, and bounded and described as a follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of the premises, on Homer Avenue in range of land of Joseph W. Fuller, now or formerly; Thence running Southerly by land now or formerly of said Fuller and land now or formerly of Lothrop Baker, ten (10) rods to land now or formerly of Peleg Akin; Thence running Southeasterly by said Akin land about fourteen (14) rods to a town way, known as Pleasant Street; Q Thence by said town way, Northeasterly ten (10) rods to Homer Avenue; 14 oThence by said Avenue fourteen (14) rods to the point of beginning, and having a dwelling house and garage standing thereon. a. Recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds (the "Registry") in Plan Book 343, Page 88. Said premises is known and numbered 9 Homer Avenue, South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Said premises are conveyed subject to, and with the benefit of, all rights, reservations, easements and restrictions of record, to the extent the same are now in force and applicable, and further subject to real estate taxes assessed for the current fiscal year, but not yet due and payable, which the Grantee, by acceptance hereof, hereby assumes and agrees to pay.
