Hi Paul
I believe you spoke with Heidi this morning.
Here is a link to the property file so you can see what has been issued in the past.
https://lf.yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=639555&dbid=0&repo=LASERFICHE. COC requests should be
submitted for anything still open.
You can file an after-the-fact NOI for items that are unpermitted. Note that the Commission may require they be
removed if they don’t meet the performance standards.

Kelly,
Trying to find out some information about past site alterations at 18 Roads End, on Long Pond.
1. Order of Conditions for house construction, 83-66, 7-15-1976.
2. Order of Conditions for solar room, 83-436, 12-21-1983.
There is also a shed, and a timber wall located at the edge of wetlands of Long Pond. Could you check the file
for this property to see is a NOI was filed for the shed and the timber wall.
If no approvals for the shed and timber wall, l assume the Commission would need an after the fact filing of a
NOI application for the existing shed and timber wall located adjacent to Long Pond.
