Hi Sheila
Here is a link to the certified mailing receipts for the abutter notification which includes the abutters on file with the
Assessor’s office at the time.

There is an open permit for a stormwater facility to treat and recharge runoff from the site to stop runoff and pollutants
entering nearby wetlands and water bodies. I have contacted the applicant recently to carry out an inspection of the
permitted project.
I am not able to answer your questions related to zoning and building permits, but I suggest speaking with the Building
Commissioner.

I spoke to someone in your department several years ago when the above referenced property started to
expand the use, (pre existing non conforming in a residential zone). I was complaining that as an abutter I
never received notice of the conservation commission hearing. Got nowhere even though the requirement is
to file the certified mail notices.
Regardless, I have reviewed the plans online that show major drainage construction currently underway. The
original site was dirt and vegetation before this owner cleared and started the large mulch/topsoil pile, so the
basic need for such a drainage structure is unclear. The plans fail to show the significant buildings and vehicles
on the site and the vegetation removal exposing the site to the residential abutters. Please inspect the
ongoing work and site and work with the planning/zoning enforcement/building department to ensure with a

current Special Permit for expansion, I cannot find such on record, is compliant. Also, the building permit I do
find, in referring the buildings says, "existing (after the fact). What does that mean?
