Findings
The Town of Yarmouth Conservation Commission has reviewed the above -referenced Notice of
Intent and plans and has held a public hearing on the project. Based on the information available to the
COMMISSION at this time, the COMMISSION has determined that
the area on which the proposed work is to be done is significant to the following interests in accordance with
the Presumptions of Significance set forth in the regulations for each Area Subject to Protection Under the
Act (check as appropriate):

13. The applicant shall be held responsible to advise the contractor of all these orders
of conditions.
14. The Conservation Officer -shall be notified at least 48 hours Prior, to the
commencement of the 'proposed work. Tel. #394-3508

17. Fill brought into the work area, (see Order #6) shall
contain no material over 12 inches in diameter.
18. There shall be a work limit line at the 12 foot contour
on the north east corner of the proposed garages and intern-
s t�j ce,,ent bound on the sou pigly lot line. No work

19. Any area proposed for the removal of vegetation, where
soil will be exposed for more than 7 days, shall be mulched
or otherwise treated to prevent erosion.

Dear Bruce,
This is to certify that the septic system was installed
substantially as per the site plan by C.R. Short, Inc. dated
2-4-83, revised to 10-26-84.
The topsoil and subsoil was removed for a distance of 101
only on the southeast end of the system since the top of the leach
chambers were found to be below the subsoil around the remaining
sides of the system.
