(BSC) is pleased to submit this Request to for Certificate of Compliance (RCOC) on behalf of our client, Nora Lavori, for the property located at 97 Pheasant Cove Circle in Yarmouth Port (the Site). The permitted project at the Site involved the construction of a single-family dwelling. The Order of Conditions was issued on 11/7/1975. The existing single-family home was built in significant compliance with the OOC. However, at some point between 1975 and now a previous homeowner cleared and replaced a portion of the backyard with lawn and installed a fence. The approved plans show that this area was “to remain natural.” When our client learned of this violation, they had the fence removed and the area to “remain natural” has been planted with native species. As such, the Site is now in significant compliance with the OOC SE 83-42. Hoxie Landscape Services was hired to remove the fence and plant native species within the area to “remain natural.” The plantings were completed prior to 11/11/21 and photos of the Site were sent to BSC; see photos of replanted area to “remain natural” in the attached photo pages. Enclosed in this request for a Certificate of Compliance please find… 1. Yarmouth COC Checklist 2. WPA Form 8A 3. Order of Conditions 4.
