GRANT WITH QUITCLAIM COVENANTS

The land together with the buildings thereon situated on the northwesterly side of
Lewis Road in Yarmouth (West), Barnstable County, Massachusetts, being shown
as LOTS 3 through 7, inclusive, on a Plan entitled "Subdivision Plan of Land shown
as Wimbledon Thirty Acre Annex belonging to Denman B. Wright et of, Lying in
West Yarmouth, Mass.," which plan is dated June 1945 and recorded with
Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 72 Page 7. Said Premises are
bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHEASTERLY: By Lewis Road, two hundred fifty (250) feet;
SOUTHWESTERLY: By Lot 2 on said plan, one hundred twenty two and
24/100 (122.24) feet;
NORTHWESTERLY: By Lots 23, 21, 22,20 and 19 on said plan, two hundred
fifty (250) feet; and
NORTHEASTERLY: By Lot 8 on said plan, one hundred twenty two and
621100 (122.62) feet.
Said premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of easements, rights of
way and restrictions of record, so for as now in force and applicable.
Together and with the benefit of beach rights as set forth in deed recorded with
Barnstable County Registry of Deeds Book 1403 Page 615.
Meaning and intending the premises conveyed to the Grantors by deeds recorded
with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 2572 Pages 14 and 15. Also see
