2. The Reason for this appeal is:
during our OKH review we were given some indication that this might be feasible.
Also, we believe that we meet the requirement of being minimally visible, while its able to
obtain 93.5% solar access which makes it highly beneficial as well. In addition, this is a
attached to any major roadwa�Cs,
