Do I need to present anything to the building inspector so he knows it is OK by you?

Three weeks ago today a car hit the house at 201 Main St causing severe damage I have been in
contact with Gary to obtain the necessary permits to repair this home and we are awaiting the
engineers/architect or report to submit to him as requested. In the meantime the homeowner would

The job will be done under normal work hours, Monday through Friday, 7:OOam to S:OOpm.
Non union wages will be paid, this an open shop job. All unit costs include labor and materials unless otherwise noted. This
work is covered by our standard warranty, which we will be glad to furnish upon request.
Also the work quality is governed by Residential Construction Performance Guidelines, Consumer Reference, Third Edition as
published by the NAHB Remodelers Council, Single Family Small Volume Builders Committee.
No architect is involved in this project and this project will not be done under control construction.
All pricing includes Integrity Construction & Development paying all applicable sales tax. Integrity Construction &
Development will carry liability insurance and builders risk on this property as needed.
All work will be performed within OSHA guidelines and safety standards. The contract price assumes all material will be
available on standard material lead times with no material shortages.
Delayed material lead times or material shortages may result in an adjustment of the contract price. Any materials purchased by
the home owner will be eligible for applicable material allowance credit excluding the overhead and profit associated with the
material allowance price. Integrity Construction & Development will be allowed to erect a job site sign stating that we are
performing the repairs on the home.
Integrity Construction & Development to have complete control of job site at all times which includes the following but not
limited to: Job supervision and scheduling, Subcontractor selection and scheduling, Job site access, and/or Construction methods
and materials. Materials are to be stored on site at a designated staging location. Job site access may be limited by Integrity

replaced, as well as the invoice describing them. The trim detail will be made to match what the have
(boxed out with crown molding) also. Please let me know what I need to get the approval for their

We are in fact replacing the windows with the same style,color and grille pattern including the trim.
Do I need to present anything to the building inspector so he knows it is OK by you?

application to the OKH is required. If you are proposing to make any changes that are visible from a
public way, please submit an application for a certificate of appropriateness.

Dawn.
Three weeks ago today a car hit the house at 201 Main St causing severe damage I have been in
contact with Gary to obtain the necessary permits to repair this home and we are awaiting the
engineers/architect or report to submit to him as requested. In the meantime the homeowner would
like to update the efficiency of the windows by installing Anderson series 400. They are true divided
cottage style with 9 liter over 6 as the originals are. I have supplied a picture of the windows to be
replaced, as well as the invoice describing them. The trim detail will be made to match what the have
