Description of Proposed Work (Additional pages maybe attached if necessary): Remodel existing Kitchen area
creating an updated Kitchen layout. Remove three existing windows and install
three new Marvin Elevate Windows on REAR of house. Remove interior wall between
the Dining Room and Kitchen; installing a structural dropped beam to accommodate
the new layout/sitting area peninsula. Install a new the floor throughout the
Kitchen and Hallway. Replace the sidewall across the rear of the house (1st
floor Kitdhen wall to house co ner) with white cedar shingles (best match
existing) .
