Exception: WPSs not available for review for Stellar Steel Erectors or United Steel. Stellar Steel Used FCAW process in the 2F, 4F, 2G and 3G
SRVLWLRQV. United Steel used the SMAW process in the 2F SRVLWLRQ. WPQRs UHFHLYHG for Stellar Steel Erectors show no welders qualified for
FCAW welds in the 4F or 3G positions.
Non-compliance conditions were brought to the attention of Mitch Miller with PMA. See attached Non-Compliance Report.

Exception: Contractor has failed to maintain 3/4" minimum distance from screw to edge of light gauge surfaces as called for in General Note 4 on
SK-3.
