Notice is hereby given that the following Applications for Certificate of Appropriateness, pursuant to Section
9 of Ch. 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard on this date in the order listed below:
New Items:
1. 21-A142: Caroline Burkard & Marcos Ferreira (Owners); To change siding, doors, and
windows; to finish basement; and to alter existing structure with additions and
improvements at 18 Skipper Lane.
2. 21 -Al 43: Sand Dollar Customs (Owners); To construct a 50' x 140' steel building
consisting of 7 contractor bays, each having a garage door and 2 man doors. To also
construct a 40' x 70' steel building consisting of 3 contractor bays, each having a garage
door, and 2 man doors at 24 Easy Street.
3. 21-A144: Gregory & Jean Handren (Owners); To construct a new, four bedroom
dwelling at 15 Oak Hill Lane.
4. 21-A145: Janis Brinker and Cindy Berk (Owners), Solar Wolf Energy (Agent); To
install a 4.69kW roof mounted solar array with built-in microinverters and a SMART meter
at 55 Marsh Side Drive.
5. 21 -Al 46: Carolyn and Ralph Lodders (Owners), Solar Wolf Energy (Agent); To install
a 3.35kW roof mounted solar array using 10 SPR 335W panels with built-in microinverters
and a SMART meter at 3 Belvedere Terrace.
6. 21-A147: Michael & Susan Kiehnau (Owners), Solar Wolf Energy (Agent); To install
an 8.04kW roof mounted solar array using 24 SPR 335W panels with built in microinverters
and a SMART meter at 303 Route 6A.
