On behalf of my client, Susan Buckley, I am requesting to extend the existing order of conditions (SE83-2184)
issued on February 26, 2019 for three years. Some of the invasive removal has been accomplished, but the
restorative plantings have not been installed. Mr. Buckley passed away recently, and I don't know how long it
will take to finish the project. I am submitting this request currently without her knowledge, but will try to
reach out to her when it is a better time to do so.
I have enclosed check #2180 for the filing fee.
Please schedule this request for your January 20th, 2022 public hearing. If there are any questions or concerns
regarding this filing, please contact me as soon as possible.
