On April 28, 1988, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above - referenced site, for the construction of a new retaining wall, building supports, grading, and pavement/driveway improvements. A site visit was made in January of 2022. To the best of my knowledge and belief, the proposed work was constructed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
