On August 12, 1997, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions permits for the above -referenced site, for the clearing and re -planting of an area within 35' of the top of Coastal Bank, and to selectively cut an area 10' either side of the area in an effort to control/remove non-native species. A site visit was made in December of 2021. The area is stable with numerous pines, cedars, plantings and non -maintained grasses growing in the area. To the best of my knowledge and belief, the project was completed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions. Photos are enclosed for reference.
