Hi, Kelly.
Longfellow Design Build has asked me to file for a project that will replace two decks and add a 12x26 addition
onto the end of a house at 30 Moss.
The activities are in the coastal floodzone only.
Buffer zone to a wetland to the north across Radio Ln only extends a short distance onto the property and
doesn't reach the project footprint.
I've pasted three images below.
Would you and your Commission want to see an RDA or an NOI for this project?
Also, will you provide the next couple of filing deadline dates? I don't see a calendar for 2022 posted yet on
your website.
I need to get back to LDB on details, anticipated filing fees, and timing of hearing, etc
