Raising a northerly portion of the building to be flood zone compliant 2.) Removing and replacing in the same footprint a portion of the southerly side of the building and making it flood zone complaint 3.) Adding an addition to the westerly side of the existing dwelling. We have two resource areas – Coastal Bank and riverfront that the proposed work will be within. On the coastal bank the closest work will be 80’ from the top of coastal bank with the road in-between. The only change in the 100’ Coastal bank buffer is the addition of steps to keep the grade change to a minimum. Within the riverfront area we are between the 100’ and 200’ and (closest 151’) for the new addition. Would this be an RDA, NOI or Administrative review. We are proposing minimal if any grading change as the existing ground is high and the existing building is low, and our new elevation is only +1.5’. Regards Kieran Kieran J.
