This letter is regarding the building permit issued for this property to replace siding/windows/doors.The contractor
of record has requested their name be removed from the permit. To continue any work a new licensed contractor
will need to come to the building department with your approval to take over the project.

terminated. The Permit is an Express Permit and has not been allowed to
progress due to owner's disinterest, lack of communication and confusion.
