The Division of Marine Fisheries (MA DMF) has reviewed the Notice of Intent (NOI) by Thomas and Lisa
Dwyer, 160 Mayflower Terrace, to reconstruct and extend an existing pier, ramp, and float over Dinah’s Pond
in the Town of Yarmouth. Please find the attached file containing comments for your consideration.
