Good Afternoon,
The Division of Marine Fisheries (MA DMF) has reviewed the Notice of Intent (NOI) by Nicholas and Donna
DiNinno, 140 Mayflower Terrace, to convert an elevated walkway to a pier, ramp, and float over Dinah’s Pond
in the Town of Yarmouth. The existing walkway will be extended approximately 16 feet waterward. Please find
the attached file containing comments for your consideration.
