NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday November 8, 2021 the following applications for Certificate of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm.
Please note that the Yarmouth Old King's Highway Historic District Committee meeting will be held at Town Hall at 1146
Route 28 in South Yarmouth, Ma 02664 in the Selectman's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours
before the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service
on the town's website at: httpsJ/lf.yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=904379&repo=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.
New Items:
1. 21-A154: Steve & Sue Flack (Owners), Tom Turcketta Inc. (Agent); To add a batten door with
traditional handle, to replace existing blind at front of house, and to rebuild gate at rear of house at 425
Main Street.
2. 21-A155: Kelly & Peter Doherty (Owners), Capizzi Home Improvement Inc; Jean Bowden (Agent);
Replace 2 doube-hung windows with casement windows at front door, and replace door at right gable at
42 Lookout Road.
3. 21-A156: Richard Weeks (Owner), Renewal by Anderson (Agent); Replace 14 double hung windows
at 3 Mohegan Lane.
4. 21-A157: Jesal Patel (Owner), W.D. Price, Inc. (Agent); Add a second floor dormer with new Anderson
400 series windows at 959 West Yarmouth Road.
5. 21-A158: David & Jennifer Snowden (Owners), Bennett Fence & Paradise Pools (Agents); To
construct a 4' high black iron fence, a chain link fence along wooded area of yard, and add a 16'x32' pool
at 71 Nottingham Drive.,
6. 21-A159: Gage J. Muckleroy (Owner), Seabreeze Home Construction (Agent); To remove existing
deck and patio and build new, replace 7sq cedar siding, replace 1 window, replace 1 exterior door at 3
Old Salt Lane.
