OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday January 10, 2022 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02264 in the Selectman's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this mpeeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 46 hours
before the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service
on the town's website at: https:Hlf.yarmouth.ma.usMebLink/Browse.aspx?id=904379&repo=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

1. 22-AO01 Bernard Nugent (Owner), Renewal by Anderson (Agent): To replace one casement window and
3 double hung windows at 56 Canterbury Road
2. 22-AO02 Jami Carder (Owner), Solar Wolf Energy (Agent): To install roof mounted solar panels at 223
West Great Western Road
3. 22-A003 Benjamin Grew (Owner), Grew Building (Agent): Add second floor and porch at 56 Greenland
Circle
4. 22-AO04 Latham Centers (Owner), Irina MacPhee (Agent): Replace rotted clapboard and white cedar
shingles, paint clapboard, trim, doors, replace windows at 259 Willow Street
