NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday December 13, 2021 the following applications for Certificate of Appropriateness
and Certificate of Demolition pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the
order listed below beginning at 7:15pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02264 in the Selectman's
Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours
before the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service
on the town's website at: https://If.yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=904379&repo=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

1. 21-A167: Peter Le (Owner), ERT Architects/Erik Tolley (Agent): To construct new front doghouse
dormers, new roof with 12:12 pitch, new rear shed dormer, new deck at 40 Mayflower Terrace
2. 21-DO06: Jeff and Moe Stewart (Owners), ERT Architects/Erik Tolley (Agent): To demolish existing
garage at 33 Railroad Ave.
3. 21-A168: Jeff and Moe Stewart (Owners), ERT Architects/Erik Talley (Agent): To construct new single
family dwelling at 33 Railroad Ave.
4. 21-A169: Finn Allen (Owner), Renewal by Anderson (Agent): To install 4 double hung windows and
one picture window at 21 Jeannes Path
5. 21-A170: Sarah and William Sharp (Owners), Solar Wolf Energy (Agent): To install a 10.385kW roof
mounted solar array using 31 SPR 335W panels with built-in microinverters and a SMART meter at 30
Pine Street
6. 21-A171: Elie Bassil (Owner): To replace pool house roof to match house roof line at 42 Sisters Circle
7. 21-A172: Stephen Garner (Owner), Renewal by Anderson (Agent); To install one sliding double window
at 22 Flintlock Way
