NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday November 22, 2021 the following applications for Certificate of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm.
Please note that the Yarmouth Old King's Highway Historic District Committee meeting will be held at Town Hall at 1146
Route 28 in South Yarmouth, Ma 02664 in the Selectman's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours
before the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service
on the town's website at: https:Hlf,varmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=904379&repo=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.
New Items:
1. 21-A160: James Barry (Owner), Solar Wolf Energy (Agent); To install a 10.39kW roof mounted solar
array using 31 SPR 335W panels with built-in micro -inverters and a SMART meter at 32 Whippoorwill
Lane.
2. 21-A161: James Sherman (Owner), Pine Harbor Wood Products (Agent); To construct a 14'x20'
detached garage on concrete slab at 9 Follins Pond Road.
3. 21-A162: Gloria Harris (Owner), Freedom Forever (Agent); To install roof mounted PV solar panels —
4.550Kw system — 13 total panels 100A at 885 Route 6A.
4. 21-A164: Joseph Audette & Allison Bailey (Owners), Alison Alessi A3 Architects (Agent); To
construct a new 26'x26' detached barn in same footprint/location of demolished barn at 438 Route 6A.
5. 21-A165: Bill and Leda Knight (owners), Kevin Fear (Agent): To construct addition to house and
replace window with 4' French door at 9 Loch Rannoch
6. 21-A166: Uilliam Dasilva (owner): New construction of two story house, Cape Cod grey exterior color,
black metal roof over porch and asphalt black roof over remainder of house at 83 Sisters Circle
