OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, September 9, 2019 in the Hearing Room at the Yarmouth Town
Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, the following applications for Certificate of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed
below beginning at 7:15pm:
New Items:
1. 19-AO66: Arrowhead Drive Realty Trust/ Barry Kevorkian (Owner); seeking approval for a white
picket fence at 47 Arrowhead Dr.
2. 19-A067: Louis & Kara Malzone (Owners); replace all windows and siding on house & garage at 53
Whistler Ln.
3. 19-A068: Mary McEvoy & Erika Berg (Owners), Sprinkle Home Improvement (Agent); replace all
windows; replace all cedar shingles with CertainTeed vinyl clapboard; wrap all trim with aluminum trim
wrap at 16 Jeannes Path.
4. 19-AO69: John & Margaret Oberlander (Owners); to seek approval for changes to previously
approved plans for a second floor addition at 22 Mayflower Ter.
5. 19-A070: Richard & Joanne Erenius (Owners), Southern NE Windows/Andrew Sweet (Agent);
replace street facing bow window with a twin double hung mulled window at 38 Weir Rd.

porch foundation at front of house: eliminate door and replace window at rear of house at 23 Red

10. 19-DO06: Mary McNally (Owner), Joseph Dick (Agent); demolish house and garage in preparation

11. 19-A075: Mary McNally (Owner), Joseph Dick (Agent); new single family home at 16 Pine St.
