OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, October 28, 2019 in the Hearing Room at the Yarmouth Town
Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, the following applications for Certificate of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed
below beginning at 7:15pm:
New Items:
1. 19-AO86: John Fish (Owner); extend roof on existing shed at 107 Merchant Ave.
2. 19-AO87: Jeffrey Keffer & Suzanne Costello (Owners), Matt York/Matt York Construction, Inc.
(Agent); replace existing greenhouse on south side of garage with a custom built base in preparation
for observation dome; new entry addition and screened in porch on east side of house at 135 Thacher
Shore Rd.
3. 19-A088: John & Margaret Oberlander (Owners); to seek approval for changes to previously
approved plans for a second floor addition at 22 Mayflower Terr.
4. 19-A089: C. Krishna Sprinkle (Owner); 72ft of 8ft high wood cedar board fencing to replace natural
buffer that has been removed and to create privacy at 180 Route 6A.
5. 19-AO90: Andrea Worrall (Owner), Marc Saravo (Agent); replace white cedar shingle siding with
vinyl siding at 9 Pequod Cir.
6. 19-A091: Stephen & Margaret Wilson (Owners), Keith C. Gilmore Enterprises (Agent); house
renovations include: addition of first floor living room, master bedroom & bath and second floor dormer
at Southside of house; first floor covered porch, two bay windows and second floor dormer at Northside
of house at 26 Belle of the West Rd.
