RELIEF REQUESTED: The applicant seeks the following relief from the Board of Appeals:
To allow the existing building & deck to be raised 2' from. the existing elevation. An oil spill
has been discovered and the house will be temporarily relocated, the contaminated soil will be
removed and a new foundation will be installed.

is to allow the existing walkout basement to have the required headroom under the existing piping
and utilities in the basement. There is no increase in nonconformity with the side setbacks.
