At the request of PMA, AVB pull testing dollies were set on the "Perma-A- Barrier" membrane applied over densglass type exterior sheathing and plywood jambs and sills on the North and South walls of Building D at locations indicated on attached plans. The exceptionally cold weather on this day prevented sufficient curing of the dolly glue to allow completing the pull testing on this date. At the request of PMA, AVB pull testing dollies were set on the "Perma-A- Barrier" membrane applied over densglass type exterior sheathing and plywood jambs and sills on the North and South walls of Building D at locations indicated on attached plans. Per project specification 07 2715 2.3 the required bond of the membrane to the substrate is 16 pounds per square inch, including the lamination of layers within the membrane. Per project specification 07 2715 3.4 D.3 , testing frequency is one per 600 square feet. The bond to substrate and membrane lamination did not fail at any location tested. Specific results are given below referring to locations marked and numbered on the attached plans. Test dollies came off when the densglass substrate surface mat pulled free or the glue bond of the dolly to membrane let go. Additional Notes: Location 1, plywood window jamb, at 30 psi, dolly glue bond yielded Location 2, 39 psi, densglass substrate facing pulled free Location 3, 20 psi, densglass substrate facing pulled free Location 4, 34 psi, densglass substrate facing pulled free Location 5, 23 psi, densglass substrate facing pulled free Location 6, 5 psi, densglass substrate facing pulled free Location 7, 70 psi, densglass substrate facing pulled free Location 8, 43 psi on plywood window jamb, dolly glue bond yielded Location 9, 38 psi, densglass substrate facing pulled free.
