PETITION#: 4929: 185 Seaview Ave Yarmouth.
At its 10/21/2021 meeting, the Conservation Commission reviewed a Request for
Determination of Applicability for the above property, for the raze and replacement of a
single family dwelling within land subject to coastal storm flowage. The Commission
voted to approve the proposed work per Plan of Land 185 Seaview Avenue in South
Yarmouth, Kieran Healy PLS, BSC Group, dated 1011812021.
PETITION#: 4930: 50 Park Ave, West Yarmouth.
At its 11/18/2021 meeting, the Conservation Commission reviewed a Notice of Intent for
the above property, for the raze and replacement of a single family dwelling within the
buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland and within land subject to coastal storm
flowage. The Commission voted to approve the proposed work with conditions, per Plan
of Land 50 Park Ave in West Yarmouth, Kieran Healy PLS BSC Group, dated 111312021,
including the condition that a 600 square foot buffer of native vegetation be planted per the
approved plan. The applicant must wait two growing seasons before requesting a
Certificate of Compliance.
