We have a client that would like to enclose an existing covered porch at 12 Railway Bluffs
I have attached a sketch site plan and the architectural plan for reference.
No new roof area is proposed but it is 28.8’ from the top of a coastal bank.
Do you think we can get away with an RDA on this one or should we plan to file a Notice of Intent?
