Sears dated 1-17-22Town of Yarmouth Board of Appeals { Yarmouth Town Office 1146 Route 28 South Yarmouth, MA 02664 Regarding Hearing at 185 Seaview Avenue January 27, 2022 # 4928 Dear Members, 0, Z et2z RECEIVE1 JAN 2 4 2022 YARMOUTF-k BOARD OF APPEALS I am a direct abuter at 187 Seaview Avenue and have owned my property for 49 years. I am in Florida for the month of January, so I am unable to attend the hearing. Also, I am a full-time resident of Yarmouth. I point out that there is a 15 foot right of way between our properties which is unbuildable and unowned by either of us. The sideline distance to any building must be from the edge of this right of way. Secondly, I respectfully request that any building should conform in size to the neighboring homes as these lots have only 50 foot frontages. Thirdly, the septic system should support any increase in bedrooms. Thank you for your consideration. J0 n G.
