It is not clear if we had approved of the shed originally, but it is there. It appears that it sends its runoff
on to the adjacent property as well. Nevertheless, it tis there and needs a new roof. Cazeault will do a
good job.

A request to replace the current rubber roof on a shed at 30 Wild Rose Terrance
with a new rubber roof. There are more details on the shed in the emails below.

Thank you for your email. Yes, you can see the shed from the street — it's located on the left side
of the home. The shed currently has a rubber roof {with a tarp over it currently} and the side you
can see from the street is the side view of the shed. This side of the shed is 8 ft x 10'. The
shed's roof is slanted slightly so the front part of the shed is a little taller than the back. If you
look at the shed from the front the dimensions are 15' width and 12' height. Please let me know

My name is Debra from Paul J. Cazeault & Sons, 1031 Main Street, Osterville. We are
removing old roof and re -installing a rubber roof on a shed located at 30 Wild Rose Terrace,
Yarmouth. The homeowner is Mary Johnson and the work to be completed is as follows:
Shed: Remove existing flat roof on shed —Install vapor barrier and install fully -adhered
Firestone EPDM rubber roofing system. Like for Like. Building permit #: 22-003963
Could you kindly give us your approval on this project so we may proceed? Thank you very
