GENERAL NOTES:
1. ALL CHANGES TO THIS PLAN MUST BE APPROVED BY THE LOCAL

FROM THOSE SHOWN HEREON SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE DESIGN
ENGINEER BEFORE CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES.

6. THE DESIGN ENGINEER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FAILURE OF
