Based on the photos provided for the location I believe this will require a Request for Determination of Applicability to
be filed with the Conservation Commission. Please note that the property line is about 35 feet from the house and the
wetland is close to the property line. The area within 35 feet of a wetland is a no-disturb zone so you will need to
remain outside that area. Mr. Wilkens should also be aware that there are two expired but open Order’s recorded
against his property that will need to be closed out with a Certificate of Compliance. This may hold up the permitting for
this new work. Mr. Wilkins is able to contact me for further details.
