Subject:RE: question about re-permitting a project
Hi Mark
You are not able to use the existing plan as it doesn’t show the current resource areas and conditions have likely
changed since 1989. Also note that the design requirements have changed. The slope and height will likely need to be
revisited.

Hi Kelly:
Attached is the permits and plans that were approved for a pier and a stone revetment at the property on 7 Glenwood
Street. I have not been to the site yet. The owner never installed the pier and never did the rock work. Now he wants to
do just the revetment work. I know the permit is long expired, but what I am wondering is can I just resubmit the plan
that was prepared for the project, noting very clearly that only the rock work is being proposed, and file a new NOI for
that work?. This would save the applicant and me a lot of time.
What do you think?
