KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the VIRTOM LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a
domestic limited partnership duly established under the laws of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts, having a principal place of business at 2 Atlantic Avenue, South Yarmouth,
Massachusetts, for consideration paid of ONE and 00/100 ($1.00) DOLLAR,
Grant to: THOMAS A. GREW, JR., Trustee of The Thomas Grew Family Trust, under
declaration of trust dated May 14, 2020, with Certificate of Trust duly recorded in the
Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 32907, Page 66, of 353 Weir Road,
Yarmouth Port, MA 02675
with Quitclaim Covenants ... the land situated in YARMOUTH (South), Barnstable County,
Massachusetts, together with the buildings thereon, bounded and described as follows:
The same being a rectangular lot measuring EASTERLY and WESTERLY four (4)
rods; and NORTHERLY and SOUTHERLY ten (10) rods and containing one-
fourth (1 /4) of an acre.
The above described parcel is conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all rights, rights of way,
OU� easements, takings, appurtenances, reservations and restrictions of record, if any there be, insofar as
the same are in force and applicable.
This deed releases any and all homestead rights created either automatically by operation of law or
by a written declaration that is recorded, and further we hereby warrant and represent that there are
no persons entitled to any rights of Homestead under M.G.L. c. 188 in the premises conveyed by this
deed.
For our title, see deed to Virtom, Limited Partnership, dated December 23, 2003, and recorded with
the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 18921, Page 98.
