I know; I just looked at it, and I think the contours on the plan view are mislabeled. MLW is supposed to be
about where the steps are, and the -3 contour should be at the end of the float; where it's labeled 2; off by a foot,
so Dan and I will have to take a look at it. I am confident that the elevation is correct; so we're gonna have to
correct the labeling in the plan view to match the elevation view. Sorry about that. We are going to have to
continue the DiNinno hearing anyway so I can clear that up; and so that DCE can do the two COC's. So let's just
continue it and I'll get the plan corrected. I'll ask DCE how much time they need for the COC's (assuming they
are okay to sign off), but I'm guessing at least until the next hearing, and maybe one after that.
Drenzek is in the same boat; DCE has the information and has to write the cert letters before we can go back to
the board.
I'll be coming in to inform the commission of the new direction we'll be taking at 40 and 44 Prince road as well.
Those will likely be continued for at least a month so that I can get Lindsay out there for a recommendation,
revised plan, etc.
So the only actual one we'll be discussing is the Dwyer project at 160. Your dimensions are reversed; I think. It
was close to the property line before they bought the property, and then was moved back into the same position
that the dock was in in 1971; that was a coincidence. The dimensions are shown on the plan, but it came out
very light. Attached is an unstamped version that should look much clearer, and you can put on the screen. The
current (and 1971) position of the dock is 57.4 feet from the adjacent dock to the north, 55' from the north
property line, and 112 feet to the dock to the south. We'd like to keep the dock in the current position because
it's historically accurate, and anything else along the seawall will be much more difficult to install, and covers
more marsh. That's why we left it where it is.

HI Mark
Did you check the 140 Mayflower Terrace plan? I can’t get it straight in my mind. The contours on the
new plan remain relative to MLW, but your MLW and MHW lines are NAVD88 which is confusing but the
most confusing thing is that your narrative says that MLW is 0.1’ higher now but on the plan it appears
to be 1 almost a foot higher. I’m probably missing something but you might have to come in and talk
through it before the meeting if you have time.
Thanks
