The owners of 21 Gunwale Way want to replace their roof. They are proposing
Cobblestone Gray, which is lighter than their current shade.
Which process do we need to follow on this one? I know Cobblestone Gray is one
of the Express Permit colors, but apparently it is lighter than the current one.

Currently the existing roof color is a dark grey.. The customer wants Cobblestone Grey... which is a lighter grey
color...
