sheathing work had been suspended due to rain.
2. AVB membrane installation by Beacon is ongoing: the windows at D are completely stripped in but the AVB tie-in
detailing work at the base of the wall still remains (see photo, p. 3). Working ahead of Lambrian, Beacon have
commenced AVB membrane on the north courtyard elevation of C, and C wing base AVB appears to be about
10% complete.
3. Area D is almost completely enclosed and heated; MEP rough-in at Area D is ongoing; LGMF detailing and
interior sheet-rocking is commencing at selected areas.
4. LGMF framing and HVAC and plumbing overhead rough-in is ongoing at the first and 2nd floors of Area C.
5. Rustic has commenced installation of fire protection mains and distribution at Area D.
6. Lambrian has finished the window installation at Area D and has moved on to Area C north, beginning at the
central courtyard area.

time of observation they had progressed about 12-13 block courses up on the east wall.
8. Tents and steel mesh for the SOG pour at Area B are still in place, however the slab-on-grade pour that had been
scheduled for January 18th is now delayed

media center roof in area B..
10. RBO has commenced fine grading and crushed stone installation for A; work on the retaining wall at the athletic

DISCREPANCIES, SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
12001. Bond beam support question at gym east wall. Lighthouse asked how to support the north end of the bond
beam above the door given the 5” OF drain pipe at the gym east wall (at B33/K.8 per detail 6/A.515). [see
photo below] Girard issued a sketch for a composite support scheme.
12002. Question about window surround support angle. CB expressed concern about a potential conflict between
the bituminous membrane window stripping and the 2x2 metal angle for supporting/attaching the window
surrounds at the GRFC; PE suggested to make the angles to 2x3 in order to get the point of attachment
farther from the window flange, and also to seal the individual penetrations instead of stripping the angles.
11301. (From 01-13 site report): Conflict between light shelf framing and radiant panels. Update: still open; RFI
has been submitted.
11302. (From 01-13 site report): Guard rail welds at D & C stairs - United still needs to grind welds for guards at
academic stairs (see photo). still open
10601. (From 01-06 site report): Knee walls at stair curtain wall. PE asked Colony to move the small knee walls
under the curtain wall at the academic wing stairs out by approximately 2” so that they will align with the
inside-corner sheathing (i.e. the sheathing at the wing walls), in order for the curtain wall will sit squarely on
the knee wall. This occurs each of the two stairs in both C and D wings. Update: this has been completed
and this item is being closed—see photo.
10602. (From 01-06 site report): Inside curve at auditorium east wall. This item is still open
21603. (From the 12-16 site report) OF scuppers. This item is still open
