REPORT BY: ABH Page 2 of 3 DISCREPANCIES, SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS 12001. Bond beam support question at gym east wall. Lighthouse asked how to support the north end of the bond beam above the door given the 5” OF drain pipe at the gym east wall (at B33/K.8 per detail 6/A.515). [see photo below] Girard issued a sketch for a composite support scheme. 12002. Question about window surround support angle. CB expressed concern about a potential conflict between the bituminous membrane window stripping and the 2x2 metal angle for supporting/attaching the window surrounds at the GRFC; PE suggested to make the angles to 2x3 in order to get the point of attachment farther from the window flange, and also to seal the individual penetrations instead of stripping the angles. 11301. (From 01-13 site report): Conflict between light shelf framing and radiant panels. Update: still open; RFI has been submitted. 11302. (From 01-13 site report): Guard rail welds at D & C stairs - United still needs to grind welds for guards at academic stairs (see photo). still open 10601. (From 01-06 site report): Knee walls at stair curtain wall. PE asked Colony to move the small knee walls under the curtain wall at the academic wing stairs out by approximately 2” so that they will align with the inside-corner sheathing (i.e. the sheathing at the wing walls), in order for the curtain wall will sit squarely on the knee wall. This occurs each of the two stairs in both C and D wings. Update: this has been completed and this item is being closed—see photo. 10602. (From 01-06 site report): Inside curve at auditorium east wall. This item is still open 21603. (From the 12-16 site report) OF scuppers.
