MASSACHUSETTS QUITCLAIM DEED
1, Ann Aylmer, Trustee of the Ann John Realty Trust, uldlt dated September 26, 2013 and recorded
with. the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 27728, Page 198, of 92 Barnacle Road,
Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts 02675, for consideration paid, and in full consideration of FIVE
HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND AND 00/100 Dollars ($597,000.00) grant to John -
Patrick Python and Julia F. Louglunan, Joint Tenancy, of 8 Thistle Lane, Glenniont, New York
12077 with quitelaim covenants:
A certain parcel of land situated in Yarmouth (West), Barnstable County, Massachusetts, described
as
LOT 73 on plan of land entitled "Subdivision Plan of Land in `Vest Yarmouth, Mass. For John J.
and Jacqueline F. Burke December 23, 1959, Scale 1" v 60', S.R. Sweetser Engineer, Dennisport,
Mass.", which plan is duly recorded in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 153,
Page 47.
There is also granted a one forty-fouith (1/44th) undivided interest in the "Recreation Area" shown
on the above mentioned plan, which said interest is to be used in Common with all others now or
hereafter lawfully entitled thereto.
There is also granted as appurtenant to the above -described lot a right of way over the streets and
ways, as shown on said plan recorded in Plan Book 153, gage 47, in common with all others now or
hereafter lawfully entitled thereto.
The above premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all rights, rights of way,
easements, restrictions and reservations of record, insofar as the sarne are now in force and
applicable.
The Grantor hereby releases any and all rights of homestead she may have in the property and
further states that no other person or entity is entitled to an estate of homestead in the property.

Being the same premises conveyed to the herein named Grantors by Deed recorded with Barnstable
County Registry of Deeds in Book 27728, Page 204.
