This letter serves as certification that the Packet Landing Pavilion project was constructed in substantial
compliance with the plans approved in the Order of Conditions, with the exception of two minor
modifications to the site plan. One being an adjustment to the alignment of the pathway from the upper
parking lot to the Pavilion to ensure handicap accessibility. The other being the addition of one step for
the stairs from the Pavilion to the lower level parking area to reduce the grades along the pathway.
All construction BMPs have been removed, the site is stabilized, and the stormwater BMPs have been
installed with all gutters and downspouts from the Pavilion roof directed to the leaching chambers.

All applications must be submitted two weeks prior to the next scheduled Conservation
Commission meeting. Refer to Meeting Schedule.
Failure to follow the Administrative Checklist shall result in an Administrative Incomplete
Application and will not be scheduled for a Public Hearing.
Contact the Conservation Office if you need assistance.
